How Do You Use Twitter To Recruit Team Members
Today, we’re going to talk about Twitter and how do you use Twitter to literally crush your business, bring more product users into your network marketing company. Here’s the deal guys. I’m telling you the bottom line is this.
Twitter is one of the only places, in fact it might be the only place where you can get into a conversation that you’re having with somebody that you’re not even connected with, you’re not even friends with. You can’t do this on Facebook anymore.
You never have been able to, except for the early days. You can go on Twitter and you can do a search and you can go connect with somebody and have a conversation with them without ever being connected with these twitter tips.
Number one, search for terms or phrases that are close to your product. Meaning, if you’re in weight loss, I would search for, think about my number one rule in marketing is I always go after people that are doing it already. I’m going to look at people that are in fitness, people that are doing the task already. Maybe they’re having trouble losing weight. I’m going to search for those terms in Twitter – this is how do you use Twitter at its finest.
I’m going to connect with people that are already doing what I know that I’m marketing. If I’m in travel, I’m going to do the same thing. I’m going to reach out to people that are already travelinghow do you use twitter. Make sense? I thought so too. I’m telling you this thing works and Twitter is such an animal for that. Then, after I connect with them, the next thing I do is I try to find them on Facebook. The bottom line is most of the time I can find them easier, or they’ll connect with me easier on Facebook.
If not, I just have a conversation in Twitter with them. Same deal. I’m going to connect with them. I’m going to give them a compliment and I’m going to get their phone number. I’m going to followup with them and talk to them about what I do. Now, the cool thing is this. I’m going to close up with this. Number two, you have the ability to do this, but now you know that person is interested in what you have to offer, your product.
Now, you may go after the business opportunity, but that’s not what Twitter is for. Twitter is to go after your product. Twitter is to go after the people that are using your product or other products like your product so you can chat with them about changing to yours and why it would be important to do so.
